Below are several forms that allow utility customers to activate a new account, disconnect an account, and authorize the Town to draft utility bills from their bank accounts. All of these forms can be brought in person to Town Hall at 307 North Main Street in Dobson or mailed to:

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD and fill out the Water Prepayment Form for Renters if you are renting a property and want to hook up water and sewer utilities. Renters are required to make a fully refundable deposit. Water customers who provide a Social Security Number are required to a make a $75 deposit and waters customers who do not wish to provide a Social Security number are required to make a $125 deposit.
CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD and fill out the Water Prepayment Form for Homeowners if you own your property and want to hook up water and sewer utilities. Owners are not required to make any sort of security deposit to open a utility account.
