The Town of Dobson contracts with Waste Management for all solid waste and recycling services. All Town residents are provided with garbage and recycling can. Garbage is collected every Friday and recycling is collected every other Monday. Residents are encouraged to roll their carts to the curb the night prior to ensure their garbage and recycling are picked-up. Updates regarding holiday pick-ups are posted on this website as well as the Town’s Facebook page.
If a resident has any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding garbage or recycling, they are encouraged to contact staff at Town Hall at 336.356.8962 rather than calling Waste Management directly.
